- Quotes provided by RAJ Sports representatives are valid for a limited period detailed in the invoice/quotation.
3. Order Pickup & Delivery
We operate two direct physical storefront locations in Rajkot, Gujarat:
- **Amin Marg Branch**: First Floor, Amin Marg, above Payal Medicines, Kotecha Nagar.
- **Mavdi Branch**: Pal Road, Shop No. 9, Pramukh Bliss, opposite Asopalav Enigma, near Vagal Chowk.
- Customers may choose local pickups at either branch or coordinate **Bulk Delivery** services across Gujarat for schools, corporate academies, and club orders.
4. Originality & Invoice Policy
RAJ Sports is committed to genuine supplies. We guarantee:
- All products are **100% original brand items** sourced directly from authorized distributors (SG, Yonex, Nivia, SS, Cosco, Victor, Babolat, etc.).
- All sales are accompanied by an **Official GST Invoice** detailing taxes and company registers.
5. Return & Exchange
Since sports equipment wear varies drastically with play conditions:
- Returns or exchanges are considered only for unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by the original GST bill.
- Cricket willow bats are subject to strict warranties detailed at the time of purchase. Knocking or play wear voids generic returns.
